The CyberWire Week-in-Review 2.15.16 – 2.19.16

Ransomware gets paid. Old exploits still work. A quick look back at Ukraine's grid hack. Police close in on the Crackas with Attitude. ISIS reality gets in the way of ISIS messaging, and the US seeks to enlist Hollywood in ant-ISIS information operations. Online bomb threats (some were for sale). Apple stonewalls the FBI, but the US Justice Department gets a court order telling Apple to help open a killer's iPhone. Apple hangs tough, to generally favorable but mixed reviews.
