1. Stands for Scaled Agile Framework. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) is a methodology that involves incremental builds, frequent feedback and reviews, and customer-focused enterprise design. SAFe takes a set of basic working principles from scrum and scales them across the enterprise. The focus is on applying a set of activities, roles, and practices at team, program, and portfolio levels to provide customer value.
