Dallas, Texas-based cybersecurity provider CorePLUS Technologies has acquired Austin-based risk mitigation company Cyber Trust Alliance. The company stated, "This strategic move will enhance CorePLUS’ new HEALTHSecure+ platform, which provides comprehensive security solutions tailored for healthcare facilities of all sizes."
UFS, a Wisconsin-headquartered company that provides technology for community banks, has acquired Safe Systems, a Georgia-based provider of IT and security services for financial institutions. Safe Systems stated, "The Safe Systems community will now have access to the full array of UFS purpose-built solutions, and UFS customers will have access to Safe Systems’ award-winning IT, compliance and security services built exclusively for community banks and credit unions. The combined organizations will now serve nearly 400 financial institutions."
Investments and exits.
Maryland-based asset risk management provider Sepio has secured a Series B extension of an undisclosed amount. The company says, "The investment, led by Tau Capital, will support the growing company's customer-facing organizations needed to address an exceeding demand from tier-1 enterprises for Sepio's solutions. It will also go toward allocating resources for Sepio's recently introduced Hardware Detection and Response (HWDR) managed service."
Dcode Capital has invested an undisclosed amount in Florida-based vulnerability management company Nucleus Security. Nucleus says the "investment follows Nucleus Security’s FedRAMP® Moderate authorization and further validates the critical impact of the company’s Unified Vulnerability Management platform for Federal organizations."
