Tel Aviv-based HUB Cyber Security has agreed to acquire UK-based fraud data intelligence platform BlackSwan Technologies. Blockchain data analysis firm Chainalysis has acquired Israel-based fraud protection company Alterya. The company stated, "With this acquisition, Chainalysis can now provide real-time proactive fraud protection for payments and enhanced fraud detection during KYC for exchanges, blockchains, and wallet providers."

Israeli cloud and SaaS security company Mitiga has secured $30 million in a Series B round led by SYN Ventures, with participation from existing investors ClearSky, Atlantic Bridge, Flint Capital, DNX Ventures, and Glilot Capital Partners. The company stated, "[T]he new funding will support the company’s growth across the U.S. and Europe. This includes expanding its sales and marketing teams, enhancing its AI-driven platform, expanding Cloud and SaaS integrations, and forging new strategic alliances."
Israeli secure data access startup Doti AI has raised $7 million in seed funding led by F2 Venture Capital, with participation from angel investors.
Tel Aviv-based social media security company Spikerz has raised $7 million in a funding round led by Disruptive AI, with participation from Horizon Capital, Wix Ventures, Storytime Capital, and BDMI, VentureBeat reports. VentureBeat says Spikerz "plans to use the investment to enhance its technological capabilities, refine its AI models, and expand its customer base globally."
