Dallas, Texas-based NetSpark IP & Telecom has acquired Louisiana-based MSSP Infinite Technology Source. The company stated, "Infinite Technology Source will now operate as part of NetSpark's growing Managed Services platform, delivering bundled offerings that integrate telecom sourcing, unified communications, cloud services, and technology lifecycle management."
Connecticut-based CompassMSP has merged with Seattle-headquartered BlackPoint IT to create a new MSSP operating as CompassMSP. The companies stated, "The combined organization will deliver consistent service across major U.S. markets, offering enhanced on-site and remote support backed by a robust national infrastructure. The move immediately broadens the service portfolio, providing shared clients with access to advanced cybersecurity solutions, cloud migration, vCIO advisory, unified communications, and compliance services."
Investments and exits.
Israeli AI asset security company Noma Security has raised $100 million in a Series B round led by Evolution Equity Partners, with participation from existing investors Ballistic Ventures and Glilot Capital. The company stated, "In addition to accelerated innovation in AI and agent security, this funding round will be used to further expand Noma Security's go-to-market operations across North America and EMEA and to more rapidly grow its product, R&D, and research teams in Tel Aviv."
Palo Alto, California-based third-party risk management company SAFE has raised $70 million in a Series C round led by Avataar Ventures, with participation from Susquehanna Asia Venture Capital, NextEquity Partners, Prosperity7 Ventures, and existing investors including Eight Roads, John Chambers, and Sorenson Capital. The company says it will use the funding "to accelerate SAFE’s dominance in the cyber risk management market and fuel continued innovation to build Agentic AI-native reasoning models."
San Francisco-headquartered API security provider Wallarm has raised $55 million in a Series C round led by Toba Capital. The company says the funding "will enable Wallarm to continue massively scaling its top line and innovating ahead of the curve in the API Security market by extending the company's offering to further protect APIs in the AI era."
Menlo Park, California-based automated SOC platform provider Prophet Security has raised $30 million in a Series A round led by Accel, with participation from Bain Capital Ventures. The company says the funding "will accelerate Prophet Security’s platform expansion and go-to-market strategy."
Echo, an Israeli company focused on securing container base images, has secured $15 million in a seed round led by Notable Capital and Hyperwise Ventures, with participation from SVCI. The company says the funding "will support Echo's next phase of growth."
Austin, Texas-based autonomous cyber investigation platform provider Command Zero has secured $10 million in a strategic investment from Okta Ventures, SE Ventures, and Crosspoint Capital. The company has also achieved SOC 2 Type 2 compliance.
San Francisco-based exposure management startup Reach Security has secured $10 million in a strategic investment led by Microsoft's M12, with support from existing investors including Artisanal Ventures.
Boston-based threat hunting platform provider Nebulock has raised $8.5 million, including $6 million in seed funding led by Bain Capital Ventures with participation from Decibel, In-Q-Tel, Zetta Venture Partners, Step Function, Aviso Ventures, and angel investors. The company says the funding "will fuel the expansion of Nebulock’s autonomous threat hunting capabilities, enhance its cross-telemetry correlation engine, and scale its engineering and go-to-market teams."
Austin, Texas-based security log management company RunReveal has raised $7 million in seed funding led by existing investor Costanoa Ventures, with new participation from Runtime Ventures, Modern Technical Fund, Okta Ventures, and several angel investors. The company says it will use the funding "to scale our team and accelerate development of our unified security data platform."
Scottish mobile app security startup Aproov has raised £5 million in a Series A round, led by the Investment Fund for Scotland, managed by Maven Capital Partners, with participation from Souter Investments and existing investors Lanza techVentures and Scottish Enterprise. The company says the funding will enable it to "accelerate R&D in Edinburgh and scale our global presence to meet growing demand."
London-based cyber risk management firm DynaRisk has raised $4.7 million in a funding round led by YFM Equity Partners. The company says the funding will "help DynaRisk expand its operations across EMEA, North America, and Asia-Pacific, scaling its commercial and technical operations."
New York City-headquartered macOS endpoint protection provider North Pole Security has raised $4 million in seed funding led by Andreessen Horowitz. The company says the capital "will enable North Pole Security to accelerate go-to-market efforts and enhance its platform, Workshop, for enterprise customers."
Canadian attack surface management company Cavelo has secured a CAD$5 million (US$3.6 million) seed extension led by Inovia Capital. The company says the funding "will support product development, sales, and marketing efforts to meet growing customer demand."
Dutch cybersecurity startup Dawnguard has emerged from stealth with $3 million in pre-seed funding led by 9900 Capital and angel investors. The company says the funds "will be used to expand Dawnguard’s engineering team, deepen enterprise integrations, and bring its platform to broader production use."
San Francisco-based security compliance automation firm Comp AI has raised $2.6 million in pre-seed funding led by OSS Capital and Grand Ventures.
