Israeli threat exposure management startup Zafran Security has raised $60 million in a Series C round led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from PSP Growth, Vintage Investment Partners, Knollwood Investment, and existing investors Sequoia Capital and Cyberstarts. The company says the funding "will accelerate product innovation and global expansion."
Canadian Microsoft 365 security provider Augmentt has secured $18 million in a Series A round led by Camber Partners. The company says the funding "will allow Augmentt to rapidly accelerate its product roadmap, expand go-to-market operations, and deepen its partnerships in response to strong demand from MSPs for an efficient, unified solution for tenant posture monitoring and management."
Houston, Texas-based software supply chain security firm Codenotary has raised $16.5 million in a funding round from new and existing investors. (The company didn't name specific investors.) Codenotary says the funding "enables us to expand engineering, AI research, customer success, and go-to-market teams while entering new markets, including the United Kingdom and Asia, where demand for automated cybersecurity continues to accelerate."
North Carolina-based zero-trust networking company NetFoundry has added Cisco Investments as an investor in its Series A round, bringing the round's total funding to over $15 million. The company says the "new funding will enable NetFoundry to continue to scale."
Israeli cloud security firm Blast Security has emerged from stealth with $10 million in seed funding led by 10D and MizMaa Ventures. According to FinSMEs, the company will "use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts."
Swiss identity security posture management firm Saporo has raised €7 million (US$8.1 million) in a Series A round led by TIN Capital, with participation from G+D Ventures, CDP Venture Capital through its Corporate Partners I – ServiceTech fund, XAnge, Lightbird VC, and Session VC. The company says its investors will also assist in its expansion: "TIN Capital will support the expansion of its network and business in Northern Europe, G+D Ventures will facilitate market development in Germany, and CDP Venture Capital will drive opportunities in Italy." Saporo says it "will scale its R&D, sales and marketing teams throughout 2026, supported by engineering productivity gains from internal AI adoption that have increased output by 30-40%."

Santa Clara, California-based IT services provider ServiceNow has announced its intent to acquire Silicon Valley-headquartered identity security company Veza. Amit Zavery, ServiceNow's President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Product Officer, stated, "By combining Veza’s industry-first Access Graph with ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower and agentic workflows, we can give customers a true single pane of glass, with control of every identity in their organization." SecurityWeek says the deal is reportedly valued at more than $1 billion, though the companies haven't disclosed the terms.
McAfee has acquired consumer privacy app SayMine from Israeli startup MineOS. MineOS says the acquisition only involves its consumer app, and will allow the company to focus on its enterprise customers: "The transition brings the technology we built into a broader consumer ecosystem, while allowing our team to concentrate entirely on advancing the autonomous enterprise platform our customers use every day." The companies haven't disclosed terms, but the Jerusalem Post reports that the deal was likely "worth a few tens of millions of dollars."
Swedish cybersecurity provider Allurity has acquired Swiss OT security firm MSF Partners. Allurity stated, "By adding MSF Partners’ expertise in security strategy, posture improvement, and program implementation, with the focus on OT security, Allurity expands its ability to protect both private and public organizations operating in high-risk environments."
Paris-based privileged access management provider WALLIX has acquired Rennes-headquartered cybersecurity data analysis firm Malizen. WALLIX stated, "The acquisition of Malizen accelerates WALLIX’s AI roadmap and is fully in line with the Group’s strategy to enhance and platformize its IAM-PAM solution. WALLIX is gaining both a team of talented AI specialists who will strengthen its existing R&D teams, and new technology that will enhance its software suite from 2026 onwards."

Zimperium has appointed Alistaire Davidson as Chief Financial Officer. Alistaire most recently served as Regional CFO, Americas at The Access Group.
