New York-headquartered social engineering prevention firm Adaptive Security has raised $81 million in a Series B round led by Bain Capital Ventures, with participation from NVentures (NVIDIA's venture capital arm), OpenAI Startup Fund, Andreessen Horowitz, Abstract Ventures, Capital One Ventures, and Citi Ventures. This is the company's third financing announcement since its launch in January 2025, bringing its total funding to $146.5 million.
Echo, an Israeli company that provides secure container images, has raised $35 million in a Series A round led by N47, with participation from Notable Capital, Hyperwise Ventures, and SentinelOne's S Venture. According to FinSMEs, Echo "intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts, as well as its business reach."
Australian bot mitigation firm Kasada has secured $20 million in a funding round led by EQT, with participation from existing investors Turnbull & Partners, Westpac’s venture fund Reinventure, Main Sequence, OIF Ventures, StepStone Group, and Ten Eleven, Startup Researcher reports. The funding brings the company's valuation to $300 million.
Santa Clara, California-based deepfake detection company Resemble AI has raised $13 million in a funding round from Google’s AI Future Fund, Okta Ventures, Taiwania Capital, Gentree Fund, IAG Capital Partners, Okta Ventures, Berkeley Frontier Fund, and KDDI. The company says the funding "will fuel our global expansion and accelerate the development of our AI detection platform."
French public key infrastructure and certificate lifecycle management provider Evertrust has secured €10 million (US$11.7 million) in a Series A round led by Elephant. The company said in a press release (translated from French), "The funding round led by Elephant will enable Evertrust to strengthen its position as a European leader and accelerate its expansion into new markets. The company will use these new financial resources to bolster its sales and technical teams, which are expected to triple within five years. Evertrust intends to accelerate the development of its network of reseller partners and integrators of managed security solutions (MSSPs), shifting from a predominantly direct model in France to an indirect distribution model in key European markets."
Israeli agentic exposure management platform Dux has emerged from stealth with $9 million in seed funding led by Redpoint, TLV Partners, and Maple Capital, with participation from executives from CrowdStrike, Okta, and Armis. The company says the funding "will support the expansion of Dux’s R&D team in Tel Aviv, grow its U.S. go-to-market organization, and accelerate development of the platform’s agentic capabilities across exploitability analysis, lightweight mitigation, and continuous exposure management."
Austin, Texas-based fraud prevention firm Verisoul has secured $9 million in a Series A round led by High Alpha, with participation from Lookout Ventures, Bitkraft Ventures, and Future Back Ventures. SecurityWeek says Verisoul "will use the funds to hire new talent, accelerate product development, and scale its go-to-market efforts."
New York-headquartered Cyphlens, a startup that provides visual encryption technology with decoding lenses, has raised $3.8 million in an oversubscribed seed round from Salesforce Ventures, Motivate Ventures, DCG, ex/ante, and Cambrian Ventures. The company stated, "Cyphlens will use the new funding to accelerate product development across its visual-encryption platform, deepen enterprise integrations, and expand engineering and customer-success teams. The company is also scaling go-to-market efforts to meet rising demand from financial services, government, and healthcare organizations seeking stronger protection against AI-driven data exposure." Cyphlens has also added Chris Moretti, Chris Novak, William MacMillan, and Richard Grogan-Crane to its advisory board.
Swiss smartphone security startup Soverli has raised $2.6 million in pre-seed funding led by Founderful, with participation from the ETH Zurich Foundation, Venture Kick, and angel investors. The company says it will use the funding to "grow its engineering team, bring its techonology to more smartphone models, strengthen integrations with mobile device management systems, and scale partnerships with OEMs."
Boston-based security data pipeline platform provider Realm.Security has secured a $2 million strategic investment from Presidio Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Tokyo-headquartered Sumitomo Corporation. Realm says it "will use the investment and access to Sumitomo's network to accelerate its Asia-Pacific expansion through channel partners and further strengthen its executive team." The investment follows Realm's $15 million Series A round, which closed in October 2025.

Swedish exposure management and identity security firm Outpost24 has acquired Israeli passwordless authentication provider Infinipoint. Outpost24 stated, "The acquisition marks Outpost24’s entry into the Zero Trust Workforce Access market and enhances its identity security division, Specops, by laying the foundation for a unified approach that evaluates both the user and the device before access is granted."
Reston, Virginia-based cyber intelligence firm Silent Push has acquired Canadian adversary infrastructure platform provider HYAS. Silent Push stated, "Combining HYAS Insight with the larger Silent Push platform enables customers to benefit from HYAS’s unique data, infrastructure intelligence, and capabilities with Silent Push’s industry-leading adversary and infrastructure reconnaissance technologies."
London-based human risk management company MetaCompliance has acquired Stockholm-based security and compliance awareness provider Junglemap. The company stated, "The acquisition further strengthens MetaCompliance’s European reach and creates an expanded Nordic hub across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark."
Campbell, California-based network-on-chip technology company Arteris has agreed to acquire San Jose-based semiconductor cybersecurity assurance provider Cycuity. Arteris stated, "The addition of Cycuity’s technology and expertise strengthens Arteris’ product portfolio, enabling chip designers to understand and improve data movement security in chiplets and SoCs."
French energy and communications company SPIE has acquired German MSSP Cyqueo. SPIE stated, " an average of around 16 relevant certifications per employee, the company is among the particularly well-qualified cybersecurity providers in the German market. Cyqueo is one of the largest partners of Zscaler and Proofpoint in Germany, with a long-standing partnership spanning more than 15 years. With Cyqueo, SPIE gains a highly qualified team and expands its range of services in a security-critical market environment."
Kansas City-based MSSP Cyderes has acquired San Jose, California-based security data intelligence firm Lucidum. Cyderes says the "acquisition accelerates Cyderes’ roadmap for applying agentic AI and its emerging mesh architecture to better support clients."

Socure has appointed Matt Thompson as President and Chief Commercial Officer. Thompson most recently served as the company's Chief Revenue Officer.
Tenable has named Vlad Korsunsky as Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director of Tenable Israel. Korsunsky previously served as Microsoft's Corporate Vice President of Cloud and Enterprise Security.
