Massachusetts-based consumer privacy company Cloaked has raised $375 million in a Series B round led by General Catalyst and Liberty City Ventures, with participation from Lux Capital, Human Capital, Marquee Ventures, Fifth Growth Fund, NFL Players Association, LG Technology Ventures, Assurant Ventures, and DuckDuckGo. TechCrunch says the Cloaked "aims to expand the team in different areas like product, engineering, enterprise sales, and international expansion." The company previously secured $25 million in Series A funding in 2022.

Israeli non-human identity and agentic access governance startup Oasis Security has raised $120 million in a Series B round led by Craft Ventures, with participation from existing investors Cyberstarts, Sequoia Capital, and Accel. Oasis stated, "The company's Series B funding will expand and deepen Research and Development (R&D) behind the Oasis Agentic Access Management (AAM) platform. It will also support expansion across AI agent frameworks and enterprise systems, while scaling global sales and go-to-market operations."

Seattle-based autonomous offensive security firm XBOW has secured $120 million in a Series C round led by DFJ Growth and Northzone, with participation from new investors Sofina and Alkeon Capital, and existing investors Altimeter, NFDG Ventures, and Sequoia Capital. The company says the investment "will accelerate the company’s expansion across enterprise markets, continued product innovation, and international growth."

San Francisco-based automated red-teaming platform RunSybil has raised $40 million in funding led by Khosla Ventures, with participation from S32, the Anthology Fund from Anthropic and Menlo Ventures, Conviction, Elad Gil, and angel investors. The company says the funding "will deepen RunSybil’s engineering investment, expand its security research capabilities, and accelerate go-to-market."

San Francisco-based software development security platform Corrider has raised $25 million in a Series A round led by Felicis, with participation from Conviction, Timeless, Artisanal Ventures, Lux Capital, Sunflower Capital, Datadog, SV Angel, and angel investors. The company says it "will use the capital to expand its Agentic Coding Security Management (ACSM) platform and deepen integrations across modern developer tools."

Portland, Oregon-based hardware and firmware security firm Eclypsium has raised an additional $25 million in strategic financing led by PEAK6 Strategic Capital. The company says it "will use the new funds to expand its platform to cover a growing array of critical hardware and devices used by enterprises and agencies, including continued NVIDIA-based GPU servers in AI data centers to network edge appliances and intelligent edge devices."

Israeli application runtime security startup Raven has secured $20 million in seed funding from Norwest Venture Partners, Elron Ventures, RedSeed, UpWest, and SentinelOne. According to FinSMEs, the company will "use the funds to accelerate product development, expand go-to-market activities in the United States, and grow its engineering and research teams."

San Francisco-based endpoint monitoring company 1stProtect has emerged from stealth with $20 million in funding from Andra Capital and All Blue Capital, SecurityWeek reports. The company says it "plans to focus initial deployments on mid-size enterprises and infrastructure operators that require strong security protections in both connected and air-gapped environments."

Connecticut-based digital brand protection company Allure Security has raised $17 million in a Series B round led by Riverside Acceleration Capital, with participation from existing investors Curql, Glasswing, and Gutbrain Ventures. The company stated, "This round accelerates three priorities: deepening our AI-powered detection and response platform, expanding our go-to-market team to meet growing enterprise demand, and extending into new verticals beyond financial services where digital impersonation is becoming a board-level concern."

San Francisco-based Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) security and governance platform BlueFlag Security has raised $16.5 million in Series A funding led by Maverick Ventures and Ten Eleven Ventures. The company says it will use the funding "to accelerate platform development and expand its presence in the US and EMEA across regulated industries and technology organizations adopting AI-driven software development at scale."

Israeli automated security operations platform Onit Security has raised $11 million in a seed round led by Hetz Ventures and Brightmind Partners, with participation from angel investors. The company says the funding "will accelerate product development and go-to-market as the company expands into additional sectors."

Chicago-based threat exposure management company SafeHill has acquired Phoenix-based offensive security firm Arcane Security. SafeHill stated, "By integrating Arcane Security’s advanced AI research, SafeHill enhances its ability to deliver on-demand AI-driven source code analysis, continuous web application penetration testing, and automated vulnerability validation, while maintaining human ethical hackers as the final layer of oversight."

Toronto-based zero-trust connectivity platform Tailscale has acquired Vancouver-headquartered privileged access management platform provider Border0. Tailscale stated, "Border0 integrates with Tailscale, building on the same identity and connectivity foundation. Over time, you’ll see us bring these capabilities closer together as we expand Tailscale’s native privileged access management offering."

Australian cybersecurity consultancy Infotrust has agreed to acquire Canberra-based Catalyst Cyber for $5 million. Infotrust stated, "Catalyst Cyber provides Infotrust with immediate entry into the federal government cyber security market through established agency relationships, security‑cleared personnel, and specialist accreditations across IRAP assessments and the Essential Eight framework."

Connecticut-based private equity firm Sterling Investment Partners has acquired Minnesota-based MSSP Cyber Advisors.
