Exaforce has raised $125 million in Series B funding from HarbourVest, Peak XV, Mayfield, Khosla Ventures, Seligman Ventures, and AICONIC.
Frame Security has emerged from stealth with $50 million in funding led by Team8, Index Ventures, and Picture Capital.
Autonomous Cyber has secured $12 million in funding led byShield Capital.
White Circle has raised $11 million in seed funding from angel investors.
Secludy has secured $4 million in seed funding led by Impression Ventures.

San Francisco-based agentic SOC provider Exaforce has raised $125 million in Series B funding from HarbourVest, Peak XV, Mayfield, Khosla Ventures, Seligman Ventures, and AICONIC. The company stated, "Exaforce will use the Series B funding to advance its core platform, including multi-model AI and its real-time knowledge graph, while expanding the capabilities security teams need to investigate, detect, and respond at machine speed. The company will also expand its global footprint, with go-to-market investment across key regions including Japan and Europe. In parallel, Exaforce will continue investing in customer success, research, MDR oversight, and support to help customers operationalize the platform and improve response speed, resilience, and confidence across critical environments."

Israeli security awareness training platform provider Frame Security has emerged from stealth with $50 million in funding led by Team8, Index Ventures, and Picture Capital, with participation from Elad Gil, Assaf Rappaport, Cerca Partners, and Tesonet. The company stated, "With the investment helping to fuel our growth, we're expanding our engineering team, deepening our frontier AI and cybersecurity research, and accelerating go-to-market across enterprises in the United States and globally."

Sacramento, California-based AI hacking platform Autonomous Cyber has secured $12 million in funding led byShield Capital, with participation from Fulcrum Venture Group, Bloomberg Beta, Mana Ventures, Multiball Capital, 202 Ventures, The Veteran Fund, Parallel VC, Team Builder Ventures, SBXi, Blackbird, and others.

French AI model security startup White Circle has raised $11 million in seed funding from angel investors, including Romain Huet, Durk Kingma, Guillaume Lample, and Thomas Wolf. The company says the funding "will be used to expand its team, accelerate product development, and grow its customer base across the US, UK, and Europe."

San Francisco-based Secludy, a privacy-tech firm serving the financial industry, has secured $4 million in seed funding led by Impression Ventures, with participation from LAUNCH, The Syndicate, Wedbush Ventures, Precursor Ventures, Hustle Fund, Script Capital, Mana Ventures, and Chispa VC. Alongside the funding, the company launched its privacy-focused AI model training platform. Secludy says it "plans to use the funding to accelerate hiring, scale its go-to-market effort, and expand the platform across more enterprise AI workflows."

Cycurion has acquired secure communications company Halo Privacy and digital investigations and reputation management provider HavenX.
KPIT has agreed to acquire Israeli automotive cybersecurity firm Cymotive for up to $120 million.
WatchGuard has acquired cloud application security company Perimeters.io.

Canadian software supply chain security firm BoostSecurity has acquired vulnerability prioritization platform SecureIQx and code review platform Korbit. Boost stated, "These acquisitions will add essential capabilities to our platform; whether code is generated by humans or AI, these new Agents will be working in our customers favor to uncover vulns that only an AI Native SAST can find, improve the triage process, remember organizational preference, and prioritize and fix reachable composition vulnerabilities across a dozen languages, as well as binary files."

McLean, Virginia-based cybersecurity contractor Cycurion has acquired secure communications company Halo Privacy and digital investigations and reputation management provider HavenX. Cycurion stated, "The combined solution delivers powerful new synergies for public safety and national security users. U.S. Government and private-sector clients alike will now benefit from a single, trusted platform that pairs secure anonymous communications with real-time threat attribution and digital defense capabilities that directly enhance mission-critical operations, protect personnel and assets, and strengthen overall public safety posture."

Indian automotive software giant KPIT has agreed to acquire Israeli automotive cybersecurity firm Cymotive for up to $120 million, Calcalist reports. The acquisition will be completed in stages, with KPIT holding full ownership by mid-2029. Calcalist writes, "KPIT CEO Kishor Patil said cybersecurity has become a fundamental component of vehicle design and development, adding that Cymotive’s expertise would enable large-scale implementation of protection across vehicle software systems. [Cymotive founder and Chairman Yuval Diskin] said the partnership would allow Cymotive to expand its global reach and enhance its ability to deliver AI-based solutions that anticipate evolving cyber threats."

Seattle-based cybersecurity provider WatchGuard has acquired cloud application security company Perimeters.io. WatchGuard stated, "At the same time, the company announced the availability of WatchGuard Cloud Detection and Response™ (CloudDR). Powered by Perimeters’ unique security technology, the solution delivers continuous visibility, built-in detection, and automated response across Cloud applications through a single, multi-tenant platform designed specifically for MSP operations."
