London-based AI vulnerability management platform RevEng.ai has secured $15 million in a Series A round led by NATO Innovation Fund, with participation from Sands Capital, In-Q-Tel, IQ Capital, and Episode One. The company's founder and CEO, James Patrick-Evans, stated, "This round marks a major step in our mission to address one of the largest unsolved problems in the cybersecurity space: software supply chain integrity."
Canadian quantum-focused identity security firm Lastwall has raised $11.5 million ($16 million CAD) in a funding round led by the Business Development Bank of Canada, with participation from the New Brunswick Innovation Foundation, Frostbite Capital, and existing investors Blue Bear Capital, BlueWing Ventures, and 18West. Lastwall stated, "Following its success in the U.S. federal market, the company is now accelerating its expansion into Canada at a critical moment for national resilience, underscoring growing demand for homegrown cybersecurity solutions."
London-based threat intelligence company Infrawatch has raised $3 million in pre-seed funding led by Outward VC and TriplePoint Ventures, with participation from Portfolio Ventures and angel investors. The company stated, "The new funding will support Infrawatch’s next stage of growth, including expansion of its engineering and research teams, accelerated platform development ahead of general launch later this year, early enterprise customer deployments, and the company’s expansion into the United States on the back of strong inbound interest from security, fraud, and intelligence teams based there."
Spanish vulnerability management platform provider Orbik Cybersecurity has secured €2 million (US$2.3 million) in funding from MONDRAGON, IKERLAN, and Gestión de Capital Riesgo del País Vasco – Basque Government. The company stated, "Orbik Cybersecurity enters 2026 with a strategy focused on sustaining growth, aiming to increase its business activity by around 50% in revenue, expanding beyond its closest markets, and strengthening its positioning in new industrial sectors. The company also plans to grow its team to 65 professionals through the attraction of specialized talent, while adding 100 new clients, reinforcing its expansion both in the domestic market and in strategic international markets."

Cloud security firm Zscaler has announced its intent to acquire identity mapping company Symmetry Systems. Both companies are based in Silicon Valley. Zscaler stated, "[Symmetry Systems's] access graph works by ingesting enterprise-wide access logs from SaaS applications, public cloud services, data stores, and AI systems, using AI to correlate them into an access graph displaying which identities are accessing which data and how. Combined with the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange™ platform, this visibility will become the foundation security teams use to build and enforce the policies governing how AI agents communicate with applications, data, and one another."
Israeli cybersecurity company Check Point has agreed to acquire AI evaluation platform Deepchecks. Check Point stated, "[Deepchecks’] team is comprised of LLM experts, graduates of the prestigious Talpiot technological excellence program. Deepchecks’ talent and intellectual property will significantly accelerate the execution of the Agentic Network Security Orchestration roadmap."
French private equity firm Eurazeo has agreed to acquire German digital forensics and compromise assessment provider Nextron Systems. Eurazeo stated, "The transaction marks the second investment of PME V and fifth outside of France for Eurazeo’s Elevate team and demonstrates its expertise in identifying and supporting fast-growing technology mid-market champions across Europe. Eurazeo will actively support and accelerate Nextron Systems’ development by further scaling its go-to-market capabilities in a nascent market category, broadening its international footprint, and continuing product innovation. The management team will significantly reinvest in the transaction alongside Eurazeo. "
McLean, Virginia-based MSSP Cycurion has acquired Utah-based cybersecurity and risk management firm Secuvant. Cycurion stated, "This strategic move dramatically strengthens Cycurion’s MDR, threat and vulnerability management, and compliance capabilities — delivering immediate firepower for mid-market and enterprise clients in construction, agriculture, financial services, utilities, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure."
Executive moves.
Usercentrics has appointed Pawan Hegde as Chief Operating Officer and promoted Elena Ignatova to Chief Product and Technology Officer. The company stated, "Both appointments accelerate the company's U.S. expansion and mark a new phase of growth as Usercentrics scales its platform to meet the demands of the AI era."
Trellix has appointed Joe Chen as Chief Technology Officer. Chen most recently served as an Operating Partner at Crosspoint Capital.
SecureAuth has appointed Mark van Oppen as Chief Revenue Officer. Van Oppen has previously held leadership roles at IBM, Heptio, VMware, and FusionAuth.
