Israeli OT security firm Dream has raised $260 million in funding led by Bicycle Capital and Group 11, with participation from Antler, Bain Capital Ventures, Tru Arrow Partners, and others. The funding brings the company's valuation to $3 billion. The company says the funding "will accelerate deployment of Dream's sovereign AI and national cyber defense platforms across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas."
Spanish agentic AI security startup NeuralTrust has secured $20 million in seed funding led by Alstin Capital, with participation from VentureFriends, Seaya, Kibo Ventures, Banc Sabadell, EA Ventures Plug and Play Fund, and Finaves. The company says the round "will fund engineering, deepening the integration across NeuralTrust's products, and expansion across the European market, as enterprises move autonomous AI systems into production."
Indian cybersecurity compliance and resilience platform Mitigata has raised $15 million in Series B funding led by Bessemer Venture Partners India, with participation from existing investors Nexus Venture Partners, Titan Capital, and WEH Ventures.

- Accenture has acquired a majority stake in Maryland-headquartered OT security firm Dragos and fully acquired runZero and NetRise.

Accenture has acquired a majority stake in Maryland-headquartered OT security firm Dragos and fully acquired exposure management company runZero and software supply chain security provider NetRise (both based in Austin, Texas) for a combined value of approximately $4.175 billion. NetRise and runZero will be integrated into Dragos's platform. Accenture stated, "The Dragos Platform will expand to cover the extended environment that controls physical processes, while Accenture's deep OT security expertise, unique industrial datasets, and decades of trusted relationships with critical infrastructure operators will address a need previously unaddressed at scale." Dragos will continue to operate as an independent business, with co-founder Robert M. Lee remaining as CEO.
San Francisco-based private equity firm Francisco Partners has acquired French DNS security company EfficientIP from its founders and minority investors TempoCap and Jolt Capital. The investment firm said in a press release, "Francisco Partners will work closely with EfficientIP’s management team to build on the company's strong market position and capitalize on the rapidly growing demand for secure, automated network solutions. Drawing on its extensive experience supporting software platforms through periods of growth and transformation, Francisco Partners will help EfficientIP further scale its operations, expand its global presence, and enhance its product offerings, while continuing to deliver best-in-class solutions to customers worldwide."
Cisco has announced its intent to acquire Santa Clara, California-based identity security firm WideField Security. Cisco stated, "WideField’s technology will be integrated into Splunk to boost the Agentic SOC capabilities by helping normalize and correlate identity, session, and activity telemetry from a variety of sources. This will enable Splunk to assemble context across human, non-human, and AI-agent activity, including signals from Cisco Identity Intelligence."
Identity security company iDAKTO has acquired trust infrastructure assessment firm Stelau. Both companies are based in France. iDAKTO stated, "This acquisition marks a decisive step in building a European contender capable of challenging the world’s leading players and supporting governments, financial institutions, and businesses in developing the critical digital infrastructures of tomorrow."
London-based workforce training company mthree has acquired Manchester-based cybersecurity education provider CAPSLOCK. The company stated, "The acquisition builds on mthree’s existing joint venture with CAPSLOCK, bringing the business fully into the mthree group at a time when employers need stronger cyber and AI capability across their workforces. It combines mthree’s global talent and reskilling expertise with CAPSLOCK’s specialist cyber security education, strengthening support across Upskill, Hire Train Deploy and Expert programmes."

Reveal Security has appointed David McKinley as CEO. McKinley previously served as the company's Chief Product Officer.
Sysdig has named Hatem Naguib as CEO. Naguib previously served as CEO of Barracuda.
Thales has appointed Robert Geckle as CEO of Thales USA and North America, effective July 1st, 2026. Geckle succeeds Alan Pellegrini, who is retiring after 20 years at Thales. Geckle previously served as Chairman and CEO of Airbus U.S. Space & Defense, Inc.
DNSFilter has named Conor Coughlan as Chief Marketing Officer. Coughlan most recently served as CMO at Armis.
Fable Security has appointed Jacob Berry as Chief Information Security Officer. Berry previously served as CISO at Jit.
