Israeli endpoint security company Glow has emerged from stealth with $180 million in funding led by Sequoia, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, and Redpoint Ventures, with participation from Index Ventures, Swish Ventures, Lux Capital, Operator Collective, and Holly Ventures. The company says the funding "will be used to accelerate the growth of the Go-to-Market team in the United States and expand Glow Labs, the research arm of the company."
Israel- and Boston-based agentic software control company Neo has emerged from stealth with $100 million in funding led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Craft Ventures and Merlin Ventures. The company says it will "use the capital to rapidly scale its go-to-market and engineering teams as enterprises prioritize security initiatives to manage rapid agentic software adoption."
London-based supply chain security firm Risk Ledger has raised £24 million (US$32.2 million) in Series B funding led by Axiom Equity, with participation from existing investor Mercia Ventures. The company says the funding "will deepen our customer network in the UK, develop the supply chain security tools that AI has now unlocked, and support our expansion into the US market."
Arlington, Virginia-based cyber warfare technology firm Twenty has secured an additional $30 million in funding from Khosla Ventures, several weeks after announcing a $100 million Series B round led by Accel. The new funding brings the company's valuation to $1.2 billion. Twenty says it "will invest this capital directly into research and engineering, expanding the technical team and accelerating development of the offensive cyber capabilities America's warfighters need to win against determined adversaries."
Chicago-based risk intelligence and vulnerability management company Empirical Security has raised $25 million in a Series A round led by Brightmind Partners. The company says the funding "will accelerate the development and deployment of the company’s two flagship products: Foundation, a global model that helps organizations predict threats by monitoring over 18,000 exploited CVEs, and Radiant, a custom predictive engine built and fine-tuned for each organization to identify the threats most relevant to its unique environment."
Israeli security telemetry management startup Beacon Security has raised $13 million in seed funding led by Notable Capital, with participation from Holly Ventures, AlphaDrive Ventures, SVCI, Jefferies Family Office and over sixty angel investors.
San Francisco-based autonomous penetration testing firm Casco has secured $13 million in Series A funding led by Standard Capital, with participation from FundersClub (FCVC), Y Combinator, and Rebel Fund. The round brings the company's valuation to $100 million.
Los Altos, California-based security program management platform Pulse Security AI has emerged from stealth with $8 million in seed funding led by Foundation Capital, with participation from Zetta Venture Partners. The company says the funding "accelerates Pulse’s engineering and go-to-market efforts to meet enterprise demand from security leaders ready to modernize how their programs are run."
Amsterdam-based deepfake detection company Sensity AI has received €4.9 million (US$5.6 million) in funding through the European Union's EIC Accelerator funding program. The company says the funding "will be used in part to further develop foundational models for deepfake detection and optimize real-time deepfake analysis in resource-constrained environments."
San Francisco-based email security company StrongestLayer has added $4.1 million to its seed funding round, bringing its total seed funding to $9.3 million. The new investment was led by Inovia Capital, with participation from existing investor Sorenson Capital, and new investors LaunchPod, Alumni Ventures, and Chris Key, former Chief Product Officer of Mandiant. The company says the funding "will support continued investment in GTM and platform expansion as the company prepares for its next phase of growth and a planned Series A."
Singapore-headquartered post-quantum security company pQCee has secured $3.9 million in seed funding led by SGInnovate and Lotus One Investment, with participation from In Group Holdings, Wavemaker Ventures, SUTD Venture Holdings, and Apsara Investments. The company will use the funding to "expand its team in Singapore, deepen its presence across Asia, and accelerate entry into the United States, Europe, and the Middle East."
Virginia-based online identity verification provider ARGOS Identity has raised $3 million in pre-series A funding led by Stonebridge Ventures and BonAngels Venture Partners, with continued support from Asia2G Capital and Kim Gisa Lab. The company says the funding "will accelerate the development of OMNI, ARGOS's AI-powered verification automation platform, while expanding its identity infrastructure across the U.S. market."
London-based open-source software security startup Ossprey has raised $2.65 million in pre-seed funding led by Episode 1 Ventures, with participation from Osney Capital and Octopus Investments. The company stated, "We're planning another funding round within the next year, and the near-term plan is straightforward: keep growing across the UK, then push into Europe and North America, with a particular focus on organisations building software at enterprise scale."

Palo Alto Networks has announced its intent to acquire Culver City, California-based user-focused observability provider Embrace. Palo Alto says the acquisition will "add high-fidelity Real User Monitoring (RUM) capabilities to the Palo Alto Networks Observability platform."
Boston-based consumer security firm Aura has completed its acquisition of Australian student safety company Qoria. Aura stated, "The integration of Aura and Qoria unites Aura's AI-powered suite of online safety and wellbeing tools with Qoria's global connected schools ecosystem and strengthens the company's position in the digital safety market, providing all-in-one protection for individuals, families and enterprises worldwide. The acquisition creates a significantly larger, more diversified business with global reach, bolstering Aura's scaled consumer platform with a global base of Qustodio parent accounts and approximately 32,000 school customers."
Spanish identity verification provider Veridas has signed an agreement to merge with Amsterdam-based identity security firm Fourthline. The companies stated, "The combination unites Fourthline’s institutional-grade KYC/AML compliance orchestration across Northern and Central Europe with Veridas’s proprietary identity and anti-fraud stack and market position in Southern Europe, the US, and Latin America. Operating under a single, integrated AI architecture, the combined entity will secure the entire customer lifecycle for global Tier-1 banks, fintechs, telecommunications providers, and digital disruptors across both continents."
Los Angeles-based cybersecurity awareness training provider NINJIO has acquired New Zealand-headquartered secure development training company SafeStack. NINJIO stated, "The move expands NINJIO's human risk management platform beyond cybersecurity awareness training and phishing simulations and deeper into the software development lifecycle."
San Francisco-based digital asset risk intelligence company Webacy has acquired smart contract risk analytics company Trugard Labs (also based in San Francisco). Webacy stated, "With Trugard’s team and infrastructure joining Webacy, we can scale detection across new chains, surface hidden logic at the speed of automation, and accelerate the shift from reactive audits to predictive and continuous protection."
Massachusetts-based IT consultancy and MSSP Amplix has acquired Florida-headquartered technology sourcing and procurement firm OneConnect. Amplix stated, "The transaction represents Amplix’s fifteenth acquisition since forming the platform in 2022 and further enhances Amplix’s technology procurement and lifecycle management capabilities."
