Orlando-based Zero Trust cybersecurity company, ThreatLocker announced that the company has completed its Series F round raising $190 million. In a round led by Elephant, continued investment from D. E. Shaw Ventures and Arthur Ventures, and new investment from Koch Disruptive Technologies, ThreatLocker is looking to experience rapid growth and make its platform straightforward to deploy, manage, and scale. Additionally, the capital will also support development of the company's existing controls and further improve its Zero Trust Platform.

Act Security, the Israeli-based cloud security company, emerged from stealth raising $60 million to support the launch of its platform. This fundraising is split between a $20 million seed round led by Team8 and Bessemer Venture Partners with participation from Hetz Ventures and Claltech as well as a $40 million Series A round. The Series A round was led by Notable Capital with participation from Startpoint Capital and SVCI. With Act's new platform, the company is looking to reduce risks by reducing the access surface across cloud infrastructure.

The San Francisco-based email security company, AegisAI, completed its Series A round raising $36 million. The round was led by Battery Ventures with participation from existing investors Accel and Foundation Capital. With this funding, AegisAI is looking to scale its fleet of autonomous defense agents, accelerate general availability of Vanguard, the company's threat hunting agent, and expand enterprise go-to-market efforts.

Tennessee-based AI platform Harmony AI raised $34 million in seed funding led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from Hitachi Ventures, Fin Capital, Mercer Ventures, and Operator Partners, and angel investors. With this funding, Harmony is looking to develop an AI platform that delivers personalized, context-aware employee support across IT, HR, finance, procurement, and legal. Nitzan Shapira, co-founder and CEO of Harmony noted that their goal is to ensure employees do not have to navigate multiple back-office systems to get work done effectively and efficiently. The new funding will accelerate product development, expand Harmony's team, and deepen integrations across the enterprise software ecosystem.

Israeli-based identity management platform Hush Security has completed its Series A round raising $30 million. The round was led by Akamai Technologies with support from existing investors, Battery Ventures and YL Ventures. Hush has now raised $41 million. Hush will use the new funds to expand its engineering and sales teams and accelerate support for enterprise IAM and agentic ecosystems.

Abstract, the San Francisco-based security operations company, has raised $25 million in a seed round co-led by Cheyenne Ventures and AVP, with additional investment from Olive Hill Ventures and follow-on investment from Crosslink Capital and Rally Ventures. Colby DeRodeff, CEO and co-founder of Abstract, emphasized that Abstract "gives organizations control over their data, runs detections while data is still in motion, and embeds AI into every stage of detection, triage, investigation, and response."

CopySight, the Los Angeles-based AI IP governance company, announced that it has raised $3 million in its seed round led by Mucker Capital with participation from Taisu VC, Flint Capital, and Yellow Rocks!. Alongside completing this round, the company has also launched CopyScore V2, the company's copyright and likeness risk-scoring platform. The company intends to use the fundraising to scale its scoring architecture.

Fulton, Maryland-based AI-native OT security company Frenos raised $1.52 million in a seed round extension led by Momenta, Exposition Ventures, and Riptide Ventures. With this extension, the company has raised a total of $6.4 million. Frenos will use the new funding to grow its customer success team and expand its AI R&D team.

Cyera acquires Oasis Security in a $1 billion deal.
Leonardo DRS, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire McLean, Virginia-based Raft LLC.
Keyfactor announces intent to acquire the UK-based Cofide, an identity security platform.
Vena Solutions will acquire Morpheo AI, an enterprise agentic data platform.

New York-based data security company, Cyera, has agreed to acquire non-human identity management provider Oasis Security for $1 billion. In its letter of intent, Cyera is looking to acquire the Israeli startup to unite data and identity management into a single platform that delivers continuous trust. Recently, Cyera has also acquired Ryft and Genie Security. Within the deal, $700 million is expected to be paid in cash.

Arlington, Virginia-based defense contractor Leonardo DRS, Inc. has announced that it has agreed to acquire the Virginia-based, open-architecture mission software provider Raft LLC (Raft) in an all-cash transaction valued at $450 million. Through the acquisition DRS is looking to enhance its ability to deliver integrated, mission-focused technologies. John Baylouny, President and Chief Executive Office of Leonardo DRS, stated that "Raft adds proven software talent and open-architecture technology that complement our existing sensing and computing capabilities our existing sensing and computing capabilities and strengthen our ability to deliver AI-enabled mission solutions."

Ohio-based trust infrastructure for AI Keyfactor announced its intent to acquire the UK-based Cofide. Through Cofide, Keyfactor is looking to extend its Trust Control Plane to include workloads and AI agents. Jordan Rackie, Keyfactor's Chief Executive Officer, commented that "Cofide strengthens our vision for the Trust Control Plane by extending trusted identity beyond traditional systems and enabling our customers to securely manage the next generation of digital actors."

Vena Solutions, the Toronto-based software development firm, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Morpheo AI, an enterprise agentic data platform. With this acquisition, Vena aims to advance Vena AI through Vena Omega, the company's cumulative context engine. Previously, Vena also acquired Acterys in 2026.
