San Francisco-based autonomous penetration testing firm Horizon3 has raised $250 million in a Series E round led by existing investors NightDragon and NEA, with participation from new investors Acrew Capital, Blue Cloud Ventures, Demeter Group, EDBI (Singapore), PSG, SAIC, and Sapphire Ventures, and returning backers Craft Ventures, Prosperity7 Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures, Ridge Ventures, and SignalFire. The round brings the company's valuation to $2 billion. Horizon3 plans to use the funding to scale go-to-market operations, accelerate its product roadmap, and support its entry into Singapore and Australia while deepening its presence across EMEA.

Florida-based IP intelligence provider Spur has secured $200 million in funding from Insight Partners. The company says it "plans to expand investment across product development, intelligence coverage, integrations, and enterprise operations as the company continues scaling its platform and customer footprint."

Israeli AI security and governance platform Zenity has secured $125 million in a Series C round led by Norwest, with participation from new investors Qumra Capital, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures, and LG Technology Ventures, alongside existing investors Vertex Ventures, Third Point Ventures, DTCP, and Intel Capital. The company says the "investment will accelerate platform innovation, expand Zenity Labs, deepen the company’s existing global presence, particularly across Europe and Asia Pacific, and help define the security standards enterprises rely on as AI agents become foundational to modern business."

Israeli agentic AI security firm Onyx has raised $113 million in Series B funding led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Cyberstarts, TCV, Conviction, FirstMark, Vintage Investment Partners, QuantumLight, and G Squared. The company says the funding "will be used for training the next generation of Onyx’s proprietary models and for scaling the enterprise go-to-market in the United States and beyond."

Israeli software observability platform groundcover has raised $100 million in a Series C round led by One Peak, with participation from Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital, Zeev Ventures, Angular Ventures, Heavybit, and Jibe.

Palo Alto, California-based non-human identity security provider Obsidian Security has raised $85 million in Series D funding led by Crescent Cove Advisors, with participation from all existing investors including Greylock Partners and Menlo Ventures.

Israeli runtime security company Oligo has raised $60 million in funding from Ballistic Ventures, Canon Capital, Greenfield Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Red Dot Capital Partners, TLV Partners, and angel investors. The company says the "additional capital will accelerate product innovation, expand global go-to-market operations, and further advance OLIGO's mission to help organizations block zero-day and n-day exploits in real time."

London-based inforcer, a Microsoft security and AI management platform for MSPs, has raised $50 million in a Series C round led by Insight Partners. The company's CEO, Jamie Daum, stated, "This funding round has armed us to expand our platform to help MSPs defend their SMB customers against advancing threats, especially those enhanced by AI."

Dallas-based AI data pipeline management firm DataBahn has raised $40 million in a Series B round led by Insight Partners, with participation from existing investors Forgepoint, GTM Capital and S3 Ventures. The company says the funding "will accelerate investments in R&D and product innovation, expanding DataBahn's agentic data control plane to serve organizations of every size, from large global enterprises to mid-market businesses."

Israeli AI SOC provider Mate Security has raised $35 million in a Series A round led by Canaan Partners, with participation from Insight Partners, Team8, and M12. According to SecurityWeek, Mate will use the funding "to expand its customer support, sales, and R&D teams, as well as its market presence."

Israeli endpoint security firm Bloom Security has emerged from stealth with $20 million in seed funding led by Glilot Capital, with participation from Ten Eleven Ventures, Runtime Ventures, Okta, and angel investors.

Israeli identity and access management (IAM) company Way Security has emerged from stealth with $20 million in seed funding from Insight Partners and Glilot Capital.

Maryland-based cybersecurity budget management platform Balance Theory has secured $19 million in Series A funding led by SYN Ventures, with participation from existing investors DataTribe and TEDCO. The company says the funding "will support accelerated go-to-market execution, deeper enterprise integrations, expanded proprietary cybersecurity market intelligence, continued development of agents and skills within the platform, and greater investment in educating the market around a new model for managing cybersecurity investments."

Sunnyvale, California-based agentic security platform Discern Security has raised $13 million in Series A funding led by Forgepoint Capital, with participation from First Rays Ventures, Growth Enjin Partners, Vela Ventures, and angel investors. The company stated, "With the new funding, Discern plans to grow its engineering and product teams, expand its library of AI Skills and autonomous capabilities, and continue helping organizations turn cybersecurity from a reactive function into a measurable driving force."

Israeli autonomous workforce governance platform Arrakis Security has emerged from stealth with $8 million in seed funding led by Hetz Ventures. The company stated, "With this new capital, we are rapidly expanding our R&D and product teams in Israel, strengthening our platform’s detection and response capabilities, and accelerating deployments for enterprise organizations adopting AI agents at scale."

New York-headquartered agentic security platform Cantina has emerged from stealth with $8 million in funding led by Framework Ventures, bringing the company's total amount raised to $16.5 million.

Milan-based AI cybersecurity platform Beelzebub has raised €3 million (US$3.5 million) in seed funding led by United Ventures.
