Tel Aviv- and San Francisco-based AI cybersecurity lab Corma has raised $60 million in seed funding led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from Khosla Ventures and Coatue. The company stated, "Since launching just six weeks ago, Corma's AI workforce has been deployed at Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 organizations across healthcare, financial services, energy, critical infrastructure, retail, and other sectors."
San Francisco-based drone defense company Aurelius Systems has secured $40 million in Series A funding co-led by Draper Associates and KAS Venture Partners, with participation from General Catalyst, Hanwha Asset Management Venture Fund, Outlander, Alumni Ventures, Bravo Victor Venture Capital (BVVC), Detroit Venture Partners, Decisive Point, and others. The company stated, "The new funding is earmarked to continue advancing the Company’s flagship platform, Archimedes, through technical development, scale and expand operations and production. It will also support vertical integration to reduce supply chain risk, improve availability of critical components, strengthen long-term manufacturing resilience and readiness, and accelerate delivery to customers. The additional funding will also be used to broaden platform offerings and expand into new markets."
Boston-based AI red-teaming company Mindgard has raised $30 million in Series A funding led by Album VC, with participation from Karma Ventures and existing investors .406 Ventures, Atlantic Bridge, IQ Capital, and Lakestar. The company says it "plans to use the funding to scale the company across product, engineering, sales, and marketing in response to significant customer demand."
Pasadena, California-based enterprise AI governance platform Actualyze AI has emerged from stealth with $7 million in seed funding from Storm Ventures, Canaan Partners, Morado Ventures, and Jerry Yang's AME Cloud Ventures. According to FinSMEs, the company will "use the funds to scale operations and expand its platform capabilities."
Virginia-based sovereign AI platform Syntasa has secured a strategic investment from Verix Equity Partners. Verix said in a press release, "Verix and Syntasa will invest heavily behind the Company's growth and technology, including accelerated research and development in sovereign AI, agentic workflows, and secure deployment across the Company's open, model-agnostic architecture. Investment will also support expanded go-to-market capacity across the national security community and commercial enterprise markets and targeted acquisitions that extend the platform's capabilities across the sovereign data and AI ecosystem."
San Francisco-based insider threat management platform Above has received an undisclosed amount in funding from CrowdStrike's investment fund.

Visa has agreed to acquire Israeli biometric verification firm BioCatch. Visa stated, "The acquisition of BioCatch complements Visa’s existing cyber, fraud, risk and security solutions and is expected to help clients better protect themselves and their customers from the growing threat of account takeovers, scams, money mules and application fraud."
San Francisco-based HR platform Deel has acquired Israeli AI identity verification startup Clarity. The company stated, "Deel is already using Clarity’s product, making this a strategic acquisition grounded in real-world performance. We're bringing that technology and expertise further into Deel to embed continuous identity security across the entire hiring and workforce lifecycle."
Austin-based software development security company Anaconda has acquired Boston-based AI security and compliance firm Enkrypt AI. Anaconda stated, "With Enkrypt AI, the Anaconda Platform now governs every step from a builder’s first prompt to their AI-native application running in production. Every model, agent, and MCP server along the way becomes one the enterprise can trust."
Santa Clara, California-based network security firm Infoblox has completed its acquisition of San Francisco-based network intelligence and observability company Kentik. The company stated, "With the close of the acquisition, Infoblox advances its broader platform strategy, adding Kentik’s real-time network intelligence and observability to its trusted foundation of critical network services, asset visibility and preemptive security."
Atlanta-based IT solutions provider BlueAlly has acquired Miami-headquartered MSSP GigaNetworks. BlueAlly stated, "GigaNetworks adds additional deep security and networking expertise spanning strategic planning, system evaluation, implementation, training, and bespoke support."
Bermuda-headquartered insurance provider AXA XL has agreed to acquire London-based cybersecurity consultancy S-RM. The company stated, "[T]he acquisition of S-RM will support AXA XL's strategy to expand its prevention offering. S-RM is expected to continue to deliver services to its global client base as part of AXA XL Risk Advisory, AXA XL's newly created business unit dedicated to prevention."
Michigan-based MSSP Logicalis US has acquired New Mexico-based MSSP Loial. The company stated, "The acquisition extends Logicalis US' presence in the New Mexico market by establishing a permanent location and expanding its Southwest team."
