Nevada-based digital identity verification company Socure has raised $156 million in a strategic growth investment led by Summit Partners, with participation from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Wells Fargo, Docusign, and others. The funding brings the company's valuation to $5.2 billion.
Israeli AI agent supply chain security platform AIR has emerged from stealth with $50 million led by Sequoia Capital and Greenoaks. According to Calcalist, the company "intends to use the new capital to expand its operations and accelerate its commercial activity."
Israeli vulnerability remediation platform DataAgent has emerged from stealth with $10 million in pre-seed funding led by MizMaa Ventures and Alicorn Venture Partners. The company says it "intends to use the proceeds from this funding to bring its remediation-first platform to market and accelerate customer adoption in North America."
Berlin-based mobile fraud prevention startup Kazimi has raised €2.2 million (US$2.6 million) in a pre-seed funding round led by Market One Capital, with participation from IBB Ventures and angel investors. The company says the funding "will be used to scale KAZIMI’s solution and address the global market for mobile ad spend."

Alongside its growth investment round, Socure announced it has acquired Austin-based fraud, risk, and compliance automation company Fravity. Socure stated, "The acquisition of Fravity adds a native first-party agent development platform and agentic operations layer to RiskOS®, Socure’s orchestration and decisioning platform that serves more than 3,000 customers. The two companies already share many enterprise customers running both platforms together in production, and the founding teams across Socure, Effectiv (rebranded as RiskOS), and Fravity have worked together across multiple companies for more than a decade. Fravity’s capabilities will be delivered through the RiskOS platform as RiskOS_Agents."
Palo Alto Networks has acquired San Francisco-based agentic workflow platform Console. Nikesh Arora, Chairman and CEO of Palo Alto Networks, stated, "By bringing Console into Palo Alto Networks, our customers can have a direct conversation with data and build agentic workflows in natural language that helps alert and remediate issues automatically. This is the shift to software-as-an-agent, giving our platform the arms and legs to deliver autonomous security outcomes across the entire enterprise."
Finnish cybersecurity provider WithSecure has spun off its Salesforce security business unit, Cloud Protection for Salesforce, to operate as an independent company. The demerger involves no change in ownership, and the new company will operate as "Cloud Protection by WithSecure." WithSecure stated, "[T]he new company will focus exclusively on protecting Salesforce environments from malware, phishing, and data-borne threats, while WithSecure concentrates on a unified proactive security platform for managed service providers (MSPs) and value-added distributors (VADs) – covering endpoint, identity, cloud, and collaboration security, plus Exposure Management and AI-powered MDR."
Florida-based cybersecurity compliance company A-LIGN has acquired Montana-based offensive and defensive security firm Pathfynder. Scott Price, CEO of A-LIGN, stated, "The acquisition of Pathfynder enables A-LIGN to offer customers advanced offensive security services delivered by a team that operates independently from our assurance and assessment practice while leveraging institutional knowledge of the customer to enhance the cybersecurity services."
New York- and Tel Aviv-based software supply chain security company Echo has acquired key technology assets from Minimus (formerly known as "Gutsy"), an Israeli secure container provider that's shutting down operations. Echo stated, "Minimus may not have built a sustainable business around its technology, but the team built meaningful technology around an idea we strongly believe in: organizations shouldn’t have to inherit unnecessary security risk simply because they depend on open source software. We saw an opportunity to give that work a new home, strengthen what we’re building at Echo, and, importantly, give Minimus customers a clear and seamless path forward."
Virginia-based IT consultancy Ampcus has acquired Florida-headquartered security data convergence platform SmarterD. Ampcus stated, "The acquisition directly aligns with Ampcus's core strategy to expand its cybersecurity and AI-driven security offerings amid rising enterprise demand for integrated risk management solutions. SmarterD’s technology complements Ampcus's established portfolio of digital transformation, infrastructure management, and testing services."
Irish cybersecurity specialist Integrity360 has acquired South Africa- and UK-based identity security company CyberIAM. Integrity360 stated, "The acquisition, which is part of Integrity360’s continued global expansion plan, establishes an additional and significant new Identity cyber services and solutions practice within the group."
Virginia-headquartered IT solutions provider ePlus has acquired the assets of Massachusetts-based MSSP Daymark Solutions. Mark Marron, CEO and president of ePlus, stated, "This acquisition allows us to attain a specialized Microsoft team providing a set of services that may serve as a catalyst to accelerate growth around the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, M365, Security, and Copilot. This acquisition broadens our solution set while enhancing our geographic reach in metropolitan Boston."
