Cyera has announced a $400 million Series G extension from Goldman Sachs.

StrikeReady has secured an investment from Wa'ed Ventures, the domestic venture capital arm of Aramco.

Israeli AI security platform Cyera has announced a $400 million Series G extension from Goldman Sachs. The investment brings Cyera’s total Series G funding to $1 billion. The company stated, “The new investment will continue to support new capabilities across Cyera's AI Security product roadmap. It will also fuel deeper expansion in the federal market and continued international growth across EMEA and APAC, where enterprise demand for agent oversight is growing rapidly.”

Seattle-based data loss prevention firm MIND has raised $72 million in Series B funding led by Crosspoint Capital Partners, with participation from existing investors YL Ventures and Paladin Capital Group. The company says the funding “will help MIND expand its presence across key enterprise markets, deepen strategic technology and channel partnerships, and scale its team to serve a rapidly growing customer base.”

Miami-based cybersecurity and compliance firm Comp AI has raised $34 million in a Series A round led by Roo Capital and Grand Ventures. According to TechCrunch, the company plans to use the funding for product expansion.

London-based agentic AI security startup Outerlimit has emerged from stealth with $16 million in pre-seed funding from AlbionVC, Evolution Equity Partners, and Crane Venture Partners.

Austin-based Eve Security has raised an additional $4.5 million in seed funding led by Run Ventures, with participation from Dreamit Ventures, Blu Ventures, and LiveOak Ventures. The extension brings its total seed round to $7.5 million. The company says the funding “will primarily accelerate Eve's go-to-market expansion and revenue growth.”

New Hampshire-based defense-focused cybersecurity startup TigerByte Cyber has raised $3 million in seed funding led by Hale Capital Partners, with participation from Tenon VC. The company says the funding “will support rapid scaling of TigerByte Cyber’s technology to modernize legacy communications and navigation systems across military and commercial aircraft, satellites, vehicles and drones.”

Dallas-based AI SOC provider StrikeReady has secured an investment from Wa'ed Ventures, the domestic venture capital arm of Aramco. The exact amount of the funding wasn’t disclosed, but the company says the investment brings its total funding to $29 million. StrikeReady previously closed a $12 million Series A round in 2022. The company says it “will use the capital to enable its MENA expansion - establishing a Kingdom of Saudi Arabia subsidiary as its regional headquarters, and to scale its Composite AI platform for enterprise security teams globally.”

Aiuken Cybersecurity has acquired Spanish OT security firm 4Elitech.
Dragos has completed its acquisitions of NetRise and runZero following the approval of Accenture’s majority investment in Dragos.

Florida-based cybersecurity compliance company A-LIGN has acquired Australian cloud security assessment firm AssurePoint. The company says the acquisition “adds [Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP)] to A-LIGN's service portfolio and marks the company's formal entrance into the Australian market as a part of its continued global expansion.”

Paris-based digital payment security company Fime has acquired French cybersecurity evaluation firm Red Alert Labs. Fime stated, “Together, Fime and Red Alert Labs will support customers from advisory and security by design through implementation, testing, evaluation and certification to continuous assurance. This extends Fime’s established approach in payments and digital identity into cybersecurity, enabling customers to bring trusted technologies to market faster and maintain trust as products, regulations and threats evolve.”

Maryland-based managed detection and response firm CyberMaxx has acquired Tennessee-headquartered AI security and compliance provider Avertium. CyberMaxx says the agreement “pairs CyberMaxx's layered response with Avertium's Microsoft security, professional services, and GRC expertise, creating a single MDR partner across the full security journey.”

Madrid-headquartered MSSP Aiuken Cybersecurity has acquired Spanish OT security firm 4Elitech. Aiuken stated, “Joining forces with 4Elitech adds further depth in areas including OT threat detection, industrial incident response and cybersecurity for critical infrastructure, combining 4Elitech’s specialist industrial expertise with Aiuken’s 24/7 security operations and threat intelligence capabilities.”

Maryland-based industrial cybersecurity company Dragos has completed its acquisitions of NetRise and runZero following the approval of Accenture’s majority investment in Dragos.
