Tasmania- and California-based cybersecurity and risk management startup UpGuard has secured $75 million in a Series C round led by Springcoast Partners, with participation from existing investors August Capital, Square Peg Capital, and Pelion Venture Partners. The company says the funding "will accelerate UpGuard’s next growth phase, including the expansion of its AI-powered Cyber Risk Posture Management (CRPM) platform capabilities, scaling global go-to-market functions, and pursuing strategic M&A."
Israeli cyber resilience platform provider Gambit Security has emerged from stealth with a total of $61 million in Seed and Series A funding, backed by Spark Capital, Kleiner Perkins, and Cyberstarts. The company stated, "Gambit Security is already working with leading enterprises across multiple industries, and will use the new funding to accelerate product development, expand sales and customer success, and help enterprises cut downtime."
Israeli SecOps resilience firm Fig Security has emerged from stealth with $38 million in seed and Series A funding from Team8 and Ten Eleven Ventures. Fig stated, "The company currently has offices in New York and Tel Aviv and plans to triple headcount by the end of the year, with a focus on expanding its go-to-market presence in North America."
Santa Clara, California-based AI governance and security firm JetStream Security has launched with $34 million in an oversubscribed seed round led by Redpoint Ventures, with participation from the CrowdStrike Falcon Fund. The company says it "plans to expand rapidly across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams."
London-based cyber asset management provider ThreatAware has secured $25 million in funding from One Peak. The company says the investment "will help ThreatAware scale its rapidly growing North American operations and accelerate its ambitious product roadmap, including the launch of ThreatAware's AI-powered security workspace."
Palo Alto, California-based exposure management firm ArmorCode has raised $16 million in strategic funding led by Cheyenne Ventures, with participation from new and existing investors including Ballistic Ventures, Highland Capital, Sierra Ventures, NGP Capital, Harmonic Growth Partners, Tau Ventures, and Cervin. The company says the funding "will accelerate the growth of ArmorCode’s Agentic AI Platform, expand global go-to-market initiatives, and support continued product innovation as enterprises race to adopt AI securely."
German cybersecurity compliance platform provider Secfix has raised $12 million in a Series A round led by Alstin Capital, with participation from Bayern Kapital and neosfer. According to Tech.eu, the funding "will support Secfix’s continued European expansion, further product development to enhance its AI-powered automation capabilities, and the scaling of its CISO-as-a-Service offering to meet growing mid-market demand."
US-based agentic AI governance firm Evoke Security has raised $4 million in pre-seed funding led by Crosspoint Capital, with participation from Red Cell Partners.
Palo Alto, California-based agentic AI security startup Prophet Security has raised an undisclosed amount in strategic funding from Amex Ventures and Citi Ventures. Citi Ventures said in a press release, "This investment will help propel Prophet Security's continued growth and product development, empowering them to meet the surging demand for AI-native security solutions."

Swiss insurance giant Zurich Insurance Group intends to acquire UK cyber insurer Beazley for approximately $11 billion, the Wall Street Journal reports. According to SecurityWeek, "Beazley’s established Full Spectrum Cyber offering, which combines comprehensive coverage with in-house incident response and proactive security services, will enhance Zurich’s specialty lines and support its ambition to become a leading global player in cyber risk protection."
Dublin-based MSSP Ekco has acquired Cork-headquartered operational technology company Datalogix. Ekco stated, "The company’s team will join Ekco’s workforce of more than 1,000 people globally across Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands, Malaysia, and South Africa. Datalogix will form part of Ekco’s security division, bringing the division’s revenues to a €100 million share of Ekco’s overall group revenues of €200 million. The acquisition will significantly expand Ekco’s OT capabilities in the Irish, UK, and US markets, under the leadership of Ekco Ireland CEO Steve MacNicholas. It will enable Ekco to increasingly secure IT and OT convergence for customers amidst a growing OT threat landscape and a complex regulatory backdrop."
New York-based cybersecurity consultancy and integrator Myriad360 has acquired Ohio-based technology solutions provider Advizex. Myriad360 stated, "[T]his acquisition forms a scaled enterprise platform representing over $900 million in annual run-rate gross revenue. The integrated organization expands technical depth, geographic reach, and managed services capability across the full AI lifecycle, from AI-ready infrastructure and accelerated compute environments to data activation, platform integration, AI/ML operations, and long-term managed support."
Australia- and New Zealand-headquartered Bastion Security Group has agreed to acquire Melbourne-based cybersecurity architecture and security engineering professional services provider Astralas. Bastion stated, "This strategic move deepens Bastion’s professional services capability in Australia and reinforces its commitment to delivering end-to-end cybersecurity services....Through this merger, Astralas’ clients will gain access to Bastion’s broad service portfolio – spanning managed security operations (including a 24/7 security operations centre supported by integrated, industry-leading tooling), governance, risk and compliance, penetration testing, cloud and network security, cyber strategy advisory services, and threat intelligence – while continuing to receive the high-value, specialised professional services that Astralas is known for."
