Cybersecurity crisis planning: An essential tactic for resilience.

Show Notes

How do you plan for a black swan event in cybersecurity; those events that are so unlikely that you never expect to be affected by one (like a meteor hitting the earth) but when they do happen, the impact is catastrophic? Resilience is the answer and we will discuss two real world examples; one where the plan worked (RSA Security 2011) and one where it didn’t (Equifax of 2017). We will then discuss how to train your senior leadership team to seek the desired outcome: to continuously deliver the intended outcome despite adverse cyber events.
